On 7th October 2023 morning 10am, i received a parcel from delivery boy of company SHADOWFOX worth rupees 582. I was expecting other parcels & i thought it is the one i had ordered, so i received it. After opening the parcel there was a random black color cloth piece which i never ordered for. There was no order related information in my phone & inside the parcel through which i can return it, only company name AEPL was mentioned. Hence i contacted the delivery boy named Karitik (contact number: 8884178148) to help with the seller information, he asked to contact his manager named Bhagat Singh (contact number: 9880129813). Bhagat Singh said it is customer’s fault, they should not accept the order. He misbehaved and refused to provide any seller related contact information. He said that shadowfox does not ask for any sender information and hence it is not stored, they only have the customer information. Clearly they are running some scam, where in they are delivering things which we never ordered. Please help, I request you for below:
1. I request you to provide help in getting back my money rupees 582.
2. I need to know who leaked my name, address & mobile number and placed this fake order.
3. Shadowfax company should not be having this policy of not asking for seller information. In this manner, someone can send illegal things (say drugs/weapon etc) without being tracked. Isn’t this is a threat to the nation?
4. Please look into the company AEPL & Shadowfax who are doing scams with people. I found many reports against AEPL in consumer court forum as well, link here consumercomplaintscourt.com/tag/aepl/
Hoping for help from your end. Going ahead I’ll be very careful with online orders and will write article/ posts to educate others on this. Thank you in advance.
