Sir there is a fraud company pcr solution which has offered me a job if capctha making they asked for my documents and i sent my documents on whatsapp they sent me an ahreement on gmail but havent given any work and now they are saying me to come in gujarat court for resolving the case which they have filed against me There is a lawyer Mrs Naina mehta who have called me and forced me to resolve the issue after giving 5400 rupees or come in gujarat court with 72000 rupees.so i request u to make a strict action against it or firm a case under ipc 415 and ipc 420.
