The original price, right up until checkout, was advertised at £166. I paid a deposit to fix at this price and pay 14 days later.
I go through to checkout, and pay the deposit, only to be emailed a completely new price of £276.76. No where in checkout did it say this and I paid for a fixed price of £166, which they have not kept.
One of their customer service people hung up on me after putting me on hold and the next person did not help at all and did not understand that I paid the deposit for the fixed price of £166, not the new price.
