Advance Payment Taken But Parcel Not Delivered – Ishma Cosmetics
Complaint Details:
I placed an online order from Ishma Cosmetics through their website and paid the full amount in advance for the product:
Ishma Herbal Oil 120ml | 100% Natural Multi-Purpose Oil for Hair, Skin, and Body Care
After making the payment, I did not receive my parcel. I have contacted the seller multiple times through messages/calls, but either they are not responding properly or they keep delaying the delivery without giving any tracking information.

I request Ishma Cosmetics to either:
1. Deliver my parcel immediately with valid tracking details, or
2. Refund my full payment.
