Kovai Lakshmi Grinders have made a stall during the Thinathanthi Expo in Pondicherry on Jan 2019. We booked a maroon colour tilting grinder and paid advance of Rs.500. Till now it has been a month the product is not delivered. Every day we used make a call and call was picked up by many. Manytimes they wont’t even respond. After several trial we got the number of manager who promised to make it deliver but after a day he to not responsed neither picked the call. Again a person named “pandian” picked and told that we can go an collect on pondicherry dealer and will be sending the details of shop but after a day he too not responding. Such a rubbish respond from their side and even insulted at some day of conversation.
