I had registered for New Jio Fiber Connection on April 1st 2024 by paying amount of 1000 Rs. and the installation was scheduled on 4th April 2024. But it is been 20 days no one visited or contacted. I had escalated the issue through proper channel but there is no proper response. No one taking the responsibility. Finally I had fed up with this and requested for refund of amount i paid as advance. but there is no proper response
