Vodafone Egypt ADSL Customer Services and Services are nightmare in Egypt.. I applied for ADSL Service 3 months and more ago.. They replied that service to be installed in 15 days. More and more days passed and no installation then the representatibe in store said nonesense that my phone is only voice.  checking with WE this piece of information is totally false.. called customer service again the said no it was copper wires then fiber that’s why.. Returened to WE also it was false information. asked to present complaint and a manager speeks to me from a guy called mohamed who refused to file the complaint.  A manager called me called Sherif 4 days ago and stated he made a sppedy request and they will call jme in 24 hours which of course did not happen.  trying to contact customer service since yesterday the option to speek to customer service in voice message is unavailable so i pressed on the mobile internet instead for an hour now spoke to someone called Belal who also refused to file complaint and manipulated me for 20 mins and recalled again and i answered that i dont want to talk to him and i will see through to complaint him as well for not serbing my requests as a customer then i had to call 888 to file a complaint who also manipulated me and put me on hold and told me that he has to transfer me again to 2828 to file my complaint and put me on hold again for 2 mins then the line broke.. what is this company serving and who are serving and having their salaries based on what?
