in 2013 Jun I bought Adrenex exercise cycle from flipkart and after 2 months usage noticed the issue with belt.After so many complaints service center team delivered the part (tightening knob) ,however it is a wrong part and not fit to this product.One day technician came who don’t have any knowledge on the product and without verifying the part he tried to remove the parts and he is unable to set it back.SInce last 3 months service team is not responding either to the mail,calls ,whats App chat and product is completely unusable state.Even i tried to escalate this issue to flipkart and they are also unable to resolve the issue.It is very disgusting to fallow up with these teams since 6 months.
