Aditya Birla is charging money to provide us the Loan Force Closure Letter and they are also charging 5% of loan amount to force close the loan. Especially I have raised request on 6th Jan 2023 but till today I didn’t received the letter event post TAT breach by ABFL. Kindly request you to take action against this Financial Institution.
