sir.i use paytm since last 3years ago.sir when i check my paytm postpaid that time i saw a rupees 500 and i recharged it.sir after 30days paytm customercare harassed me they call me 30times per day for loan recovery.sir thereafter some spam called me and hacked my mobile so i delete all my app but sir when i install it yesterday and seen my paytm postpaid acc is Rs -7001.sir they penalty me 200 per month against 500rs.sir how i settlement it in just my original loan amount.kindly help me
