Aditya Birla capital through Paytm postpaid product is exploiting and now harassing me just because I used their services. I accidently used paytm postpaid for a payment of Rs 4000. Then this app never reminded me that I need to pay back the amount until the day when I was supposed to payback. No sms or notification. After the deadline, paytm app started showing that I have to pay Rs 4680 on top of their homepage {never before the deadline off course}. I understood what I enrolled myself into and but then I checked late fee charges for upto 1 month late and it was Rs 250 + taxes. Now to let them know about this excess penalty charges for just 3 day late payment, I tried to communicate paytm support but they have made it impossible for any user to contact them about this issue. When I mailed about it, then paytm tells me over automated mail to use paytm support in their app. I tried that but they don’t have any way for user to type message regarding the same. Every ticket I opened with various ways I could find, paytm closed them with “resolved” status without actually dealing with the issue. And when i try to open the resolved tickets, it opens black page within their app. I tried to get the statement of their Rs 4680 bill, then app shows “failure response” on multiple days and multiple time. Only form of communication from paytm regarding this are automated calls where I could not tell my issue to them where they are incorrectly charging and not even giving me receipts of how they are charging. I am willing to pay what I owe but not any kind of amount. When I tried to collect screenshot of their fraud app, paytm android app don’t provide this permission to users. So i will mention their only two options which comes under paytm postpaid 24×7 support in the app – ”

2. I am facing issues in applying for paytm postpaid”.

Please help me and many others who must be facing similar issues with paytm postpaid service. This whole experience for me is extremely torturous mentally and financially. Please stop this company from exploiting it’s consumers.
