I had asked for my mobile plan to be changed to Rs.499 per month. This they say was done last year in June. However I am being charged at Rs. 897 per month which they say is due to “two children” connection being added to my account. I have never opted for these additional connections due to which I am being charged the extra amount. I want the illegal charges to be adjusted in my future bills.
