I had placed an order in Adidas App for a pair of shoes. It was COD. However due to figment issues I returned it on 8th of May 2023. It was collected from my end on 10th of May. However till now I have not gotten back the refund. I tried calling customer executive multiple times. They are saying they have escalated my issues. But still I have no response. They are insisting to wait more. I don’t have the product with me and my money is with them.
