I had returned my product on 16th of February 2023 and the product reached their warehouse on 21st of feb. I had filled my account details on 22nd of February 2023 hoping for my refund in 4-14 days and today is 15th of March the 14th day, I still have not received my refund and upon calling adidas customer care they are blaming on their technical glitch and asking me for my account details again and asking me to wait for 4-14 days.
