I HAVE A VODA NUMBERĀ IN THE NAME OF DEEPAK KUMAR MAKHIJA WITH ADDRESS B-1802, SHASTRI NAGAR NEW DELHI-110052. I WANT TO CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESSS,NEW ADDRESS B-305A, SUDARSHAN PARK,MOTI NAGAR NEW DELHI-110015. FOR THIS, I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENT IN V-STORE IN PUNJABI BAGH ON 15TH APRIL, 2021. IN THIS STORE, VODA REPRESENTATIVE SAID, ADDRESS CHANGE PERIOD 10 DAYS BUT ACTUAL MAXIMUM TIME PERIOD IS ONLY 48 HOURS. I HAD COMPLAINT THIS REGARDING THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO SERIOUS RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE. ACTUALLY,THEY GAVE ME EVERYTIME DIFFERENT ANSWER LIKE YOUR PROBLEM SOLVE IN 1 HOUR OR 1DAY OR MAIL TO THIS PERSON WITH DOCUMENT,GONE TO V-STORE,V STORE OPEN ETC ETC. EVEN THEY PUT A MESSAGE ON MY NUMBER THAT YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED.VERY DISappOINTING ANSWER FROM VODAFONE SITES EVERY TIME.PLEASE WORK ON IT AND REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AGAINST V-STORE DEPARTMENT WHO RECEIVED THE DOCUMENT BUT NOWORK ON IT & ALSO NO IDEA ABOUT THE RULES OF CHANGE THE ADDRESS TIME PERIOD & ALSO SOLVE MY QUERY ON URGENT BASIS
