I place an order with Addmecart over a month ago on 21.02.2021 for a jio dongle. I have already paid inr2670 for it and they have not fulfilled the order or refunded my money. They keep asking me to cancel on my own side but there is no link or platform to cancel it on. I want to file a complaint against Addmecart and Shivansh Singh who handles their e-mail queries
