I ordered a phone (Lava Agni 2 5g 8gb RAM 256gb ROM) from addmecart site on JUNE 7,2023
My order no: is 71107700934096
Because of no response I cancelled the order through email.
On tracking the status still shows Cancel Request.
When contacted through email
the most latest response was the
transferred to senior executive,that too on June 28,2023.
After that there has been no communication inspite of repeated emails.
In earlier mails they had asked for bank account number and gpay number which was readily sent.
It has been a month of long emailing with no results.
Customer care number remains permanently unreachable.
