Booked a car with drive bookings of Ola on May 8th between 8am to 4pm.
I was given a car with poor condition and it was having an issue with clutch and car broke down. We reported the issue to Ola team with booking time and ticket for same had been raised ( 324462602 ).
We were informed that towing team would reach us sooner but we waited from 1pm till 10:30pm in a remote area for handover of vehicle and that was delayed so much testing our patience with lot to go through.
We were responsible enough to handover the car.
Ola has charged additional charges and late fee for this booking. Can anyone imagine, payment for poor vehicle was itself a amount wasted, on top of that additional charges and late fee and we have to wait till around 11pm from noon. This is a very very poor strategy by ola to levy the charges.
I expect a complete refund and apology from Ola team. Ola support doesn’t help resolving the issue and they closed the ticket marking it as resolved even though I had raised concern as it’s not resolved so now money laundering has happened around 4000rs by Ola team.
Everyone beware of Ola team and Ola bookings.
Ola teams poor strategy of making money is exposed clearly. I demand ola team to reimburse that bill amount and also provide an apology for our struggle.
