I have a postpaid Vodafone sim pack of Rs 399 which is total of Rs 472 after including taxes. But from last many months I am getting additional charges in the name of Value Added Services which was Rs 7 about 4-5 months before and gradually it is increasing like Rs 7 to 14 to 20 to 40 and this month it was Rs.70. When I checked through customer care in the value added services option I came to know that only one value added service was active on my sim and which was Amazon Prime. I then deactivated this service screenshot of which is attached. But the Thing is Amazon prime was free offer with the sim and that should not be charged. When I enquired to the customer care they told me it was for downloading ringtones, games etc. I told them that I subscribed nothing but they did not listened to me and cut the call multiple times.
I am complaining against these extra charges that they are applying each month and requesting you to ask them to refund the previous charges that they have get from me and to not to add any extra charges from now onwards.
