Hi,
I am using a vodafone mobileno: 9032701740.They were addding some VAS extra charges in my bill without the services got activated and by default they are charging the fee in the bill cycle.I have raised a compliant on this for multiple times and they did not responded well.They told me that,looking an issue and without my permission they blocked my outgoing calls as well.
