I have been calling paytym to solve my almost 2 months old transaction but the issue is till unsolved.
On 30Th April 2019,I was trying to add money to my paytym wallet through my bank UPI,However,the transaction failed but the amount has been debited from my bank account but did not reflect in my patym wallet.I am providing the details fpr the transaction.

Since then I have called paytym and they have not taken any action.My calls aare just transferred from the UPI department to the wallet deartment.
