Text of Complaint by Vivek Kumar Ranjan:

On 25/8/2022 I have been asked to pay the amount and I have paid. I requested them to wave off my late fees amount. They promised also. But till date every month they add late fees amount despite that I have paid full amount.
Now they have given my no. to a company and they just mentally pressuring me to pay the amount. They abuse us and way of talking is very harsh. Daily 5 to 6 times they call us and I requested every time to wave off the this late fees amount. But no response from their side. If they record our calls then why they call us again and again.
