Text of Complaint by Jyothi Kakarla:

Hi,

I have placed order for Whirpool 200 Lt single door refreigerator on 8th January, 2023.
I have requested to cancel the order on 12th January, 2023 both over the phone (+91 9329914734) and thru email (info@addmecart.com).

Today (20th January, 23), when I called him about the refund status, he said, order is NOT cancelled and No refund is initiated, the reason for not cancellation is emails not received (3 emails I have sent on the 12th January), again I asked him to be online and sent 3 emails, he said, he will check the associated team, however, the calls (3) were abruptly, and then stopeed responding to my calls.

No Product was delivered, reason he said is I requested for cancellation, however, the order status is still NOT cancelled

At the end, I have paid the amount (Rs. 16,590.00) and I did not receive any product, my order is NOT cancelled, and NO refund is initiated.

Please take care of the issue
