For the last 7-8 months since our electricity supplier has moved to Adani, the units have almost doubled up which has resulted in more than double bill. I haven’t bought a single new appliance, not even a new light bulb and as we live on rent we have basic equipment only. Our bill which was originally Rs.700 with almost 120 units is now averaging more than 200 units with Rs. 1700 as the average bill, and again this is with no new electrical appliance. We are living in the same house for the last 3 years and this incident has only occurred after Adani took over here.
