Hi,
My consumer No. is 150384761.

Adani Electricity does not give stable power supply and multiple outages happen everytime. Eg: We had an outage yesterday and now even today. There is no electricity for the entire day.

The worst part is most of them are unplanned outages and there is no LOG created everytime there is an outage in order to hide it from Govt. Auditors and give a wrong picture of company performance.

This is does not end here, Adani Electricity also does not take a complaint for this and their customer service asks consumers to send an email, this is a malpractice to reduce genuine consumer complaints.

Last but not the least, there is no compensation in place for all this inconvenience and distress. Why isn’t Adani Electricity following Govt. Guidelines on Consumer Rights. All this is in straight violation of Govt Guidelines and also Unfair Trade Practice.

I request you’ll to please take strict action and bring this to notice of right authorities.
