I received the April 2021 bill with Rs.2,800- which included the bill amounts of Feb, Mar and Apr 2021. My Feb2021 bill of Rs.1,550- was paid in Mar2021. My tenant also paid Feb bill so due to duplicate payment, he requested for a refund. But it appears that Advani has refunded my tenant twice and now he has already left my house in Mar 2021.
Now Adani is claiming Feb2021 bill of Rs.1,550- from me again by adding into the next bill.
I complained to Adani on 15JUN2021 by email but till date they have not resolved my complaint but keep on replying that they will revert to me shortly.
