Account no .152858446. I am a patient and nobody in my flat works from home. Every month my bill amount average at Rs9000.00. In Jun20 received bill for 26950.00 and then received Proactive Bill Amendment for Rs 13290.00 which I paid. Now in Jul20 again inflated bill of Rs 24770.00 . I am a bedridden patient and my monthly bill is 9000.00 . I cannot pay almost 3 times more. Please investigate and advice how to rectify this amount. My daughter who is working from home stays in the next flat. Her accouraccount number 100611747 bill amount Rs 2320.00….how is this so low and mine is high.
