Sub: Excess Bill for the month of October 2018
Consumer No. 152651896
Dear Sir,
This with reference to the captioned mail and in continuation of earlier email since November 2018. In spite of repeated request and request, I have not received satisfactory reply in the captioned subject.
In this context, would like to highlight the following issues:
1. I have received a bill dated October 2018 for Rs. 2150/- even though my flat was closed.
2. I am receiving the excess bills for the from few months and paying the bills regulatory., e.g. August – Sept 2018 for Rs. 6,090/-, Sept – Oct 2018 for Rs. 4,170/- which was paid by me
3. When I made a complaint against the excess bill, Adani amended the bill from December 2019 after replacing the metre
4. Again during the month of February 2019, I have received the following bills

When the due date of Bill date 01/02/2019 for Rs. 2,870/- is not expired (due date is 01/03/2019), how can I receive one more bill for Rs. 3,300/- on 16/02/2019 for delayed period interest of Rs.230/- for bill date 01/02/2019.(as the matter is pending with Adani , how the interest can be charged)
5, With reference to excess bill related issue, as per Adani, the billing period for October 2018 bill was 12/10/18 to 13/11/18 & billing was performed on the actual consumption recorded on the meter. in this regard, I had requested Adani to arrange to conduct the lab report, as it was informed by Adani officer earlier that it was inadvertently sent me and the tentative bill and will be adjusted in the subsequent bill. how can give wrong statement that the said bill is as per actual consumption.
6. The following bill details mentioned here under:

2. Sept – Oct 2018 Rs. 4,170/- (paid by me)
3. Oct- Nov 2018 Rs. 2,150/- (Not paid since my flat was closed)
4. Nov – Dec 2018 Rs. 300/- ( Not paid, as matter is pending for resolution)
5. Dec – Jan 2019 Rs. 394/- ( Not paid, as matter is pending for resolution)
6. Jan – Fen 2019 Rs. 492/- (Reversed as per lab report)
7. I had communicated to Adani several times that after the my complaint made on November 2018, thereafter, the bills was received for 3 digits for actual consumption,
8. It is seen from the reply from Adani that , they have misleading the customer by giving wrong statements, if it is as per the consumption,kindly provide me the evidence to that effect.

In view of the above, I hereby request you kindly intervene and solve the long pending issue and review the October month bill. 2,150/- ( October-November 2018) and send me the amended bill for the October -November bill.
