I had placed an order towards 2 suits(XL) size a month ago and requested for exchange the same i received. The dressess were not resembling to the image /video shown over the instagram to attract customers. Still i decided to go for exchange to different items agaisnt the purchase. Since 16th July, the person responsible is not able to give me a proper tracking id and keep saying i will get in 1 week. The only response i get is “OK” to each question i ask. This is mental harasment for customers like me and clearly i see this site is making fool of people. I want my refund now. Have paid 3998 Rs towards 2 suits which are of very low quality. Please help me.
