Dear Team,

 

I have been using my Vodafone Prepaid SIM card for more than 10 years & suddenly it was deactivated without any reason & notice & when contacted VI team they are unable to provide any solution & are saying they are unable to get any details of my number in their system, this is really pathetic & disgusting service, no one is ready to help me out & it has affected my business relation very badly & they will be responsible for each & everything. I am recharging my number every month by 149 RS then how can they say it’s not a Vodafone number or they are unable to fetch any details, this is how they are trying to fool people & loot them, i have send them the screen shots which clearly shows it a Voda number.

 

Please investigate this & help me to sort out this issue.
