I walked in to below Vodafone store to change my Vodafone postpaid sim to prepaid on 19th OCT 2019 (sat) .

I paid my pending due on my existing postpaid card and submitted relevant forms for prepaid conversion and paid RS.249 for recharge on my prepaid sim card.
My sim got activated only on 22nd OCT 2019. Post activation also I was not able to make any calls to anybody nor I was able to receive calls. I’m 7 months pregnant and stranded in the middle on the road at 9PM without able to contact anybody.
When contacted Vodafone customer care i received very poor careless response from the executive.
