I’m Bharathraj requested for migration from postpaid to prepaid on 23-11-2018, but till now its not been done. They have initiated my new sim prepaid activation after visiting two times and given me a sim cards one another one on each visit to the stores but till now nothing got activated. I’ve been visiting nearest center for more than 3 days and did not resolve my issue. do my sim activation asap. thanks.
