Text of Complaint by Parag Morabkar:

Dear Sir,

I am a customer if Vodafone since last 10 years with 4 active connections. We did not have any problems until last month March 2020. One of my number suddenly billed with high amount due to activation of VAS which we dis not requested. I raised the request with customer care on 20/03/2020 and they assured me that the service will be deactivated. I paid the bill for the amount displayed as Dye which was less than the actual billed amount. I thought it was due to reversal of charged incurred for sports pack. In the current month it was again started displaying activation of VAS which incurred the charges and resulted into high bill. From that day I was continuously chasing Vodafone through mauls and phone but Jeep getting the same reply explaining me the charges. However I am specifically requesting the proof where I requested these services either though phone, sms or online. I failed to get the expected response.

I will appreciate your help in this regards. This is really a annoying that Vodafone activated such plans without a consent of user.
