To whomsoever it may corcern
I have been a faithful customer of vodafone for last 10 years with Vodafone ,but due to some reason my Vodafone number was blackout with no network
I am totally fed up of this ,as i had purchased a new sim from manvelpada, virar (e) store near snehanjali store ,and it has been 5 days but the service has not started .All my net banking transaction and all my official calls are barred and I am stuck
This has been the worst situation since last 10 years as I have been left with no option but only to port my connection with other network. Moreover the store agent couldn’t find my information registered with you ,for which i had to pay the price of postponing my concalls and transactions
It’s a sheer disgrace to the brand, that rather than taking over “Idea India Pvt LTD”you should rather focus on customer service
It will be rather intresting to know when will the services my number resume
