I have received a msg that hello, thank you for using vibwd2c_bp49v10, you have been charged for Rs.49 and SONGS and charged Rs.20 on 09th Feb 2021…i haven’t activated any service so what’s the reason for charge and how can i understand in this code it’s charged for what ?? There is no customer care number of Vi where can we communicate proper with complaints…
