Text of Complaint by asmita deshpande:

wrong communication about REDx plan and subsequent inefficient handling of issues. Billing for a higher amount without any credit as promised under the REDx plan. Paid Rs 1050 per month under the REDx plan which was to give me one year of complimentary netflix thereby saving around Rs 200 per month. Ended up paying Rs 1050 for the plan and Rs 650 for netflix thereby paying around Rs 500 per month more!! Tired of fighting with these people i ported out and now these people are asking me to pay Rs 4000/- which includes Rs 2500/- as penalty!!. I am ready to pay the penalty if they refund the amount of the extra money that i have paid which comes to about Rs 2000/-.
