I am post paid customer of Vodafone since last 5+ years. My Vodafone number is 9967979667. I am also corporate user of Vodafone working with Tata consultancy services.
I raised service request SR#536489318 for my concern regarding international pack which I activated during my travel.
My travel period was from 8th may to 15th may 2019. I was traveling back on 15th may and returning to India on 16th may. For same, i activated international roaming pack from 9th May till 15th may.
When month of may bill got generated, i was been charged of additional Rs. 599 which your service agent told that this pack automatically got activated.
I raised following points with your service agent but they told me that its as per policy and nothing can be done to reverse charges.
1. I was never told about auto activation of such packs. I had even called help desk and inquired about pack before requesting for activation.
2. I was traveling in flight and didn’t use any international network on 16th may.
3. There was no consent taken from me before activating 599 pack.
