My Airtel prepaid mobile no is 9840265863 and the present pack is expiring today. I have balance of Rs 1317. So I had already requested them through email to activate the pack of Rs 289 which they themselves have announced under “my pack” but no reply was received so far.Also many times I tried by dialing *121# , their customer care and opting pack for Rs 289 and confirming by no 1 .I received msg that the pack will be activated shortly every time but so far it was not done. Meanwhile I am receiving frequent messages stating that my outgoing calls will be stopped from 27th Nov 2018 even though I have enough balance and the mobile number is also in active use
