My airtel sim got damaged 2 days back, I got new sim from airtel store. They promised me to activate it in 30 min but now it is more than 2 days and there is no positive response from anyone whether it store person or company executive.i am facing this problem and my business is getting affected adversely. This kind of service was not expected from so called big company like airtel. I would never suggest anyone to use airtel services. Really disappointed by this kind of casual and unprofessional behaviour. hopeless………
