Dear sir,
I have ordered IHMCL FASTAG through amazon on line on last week of December 2020 n I received the same on 26 Dec.2020. Also I have received a leaflet along with my FASTAG n asked me to submit the document like RC book photo, Email I’d, Received FASTAG photo, mobile no etc. Which I have submitted to the communication what’s up mobile no.+919558450739 IHMCL FASTAG. After a week I received a code no. By SMS on my mobile no. Saying to resend the same to whatup communication no n I did the same for Activation of my FASTAG. After a week I was communicated that there is some problem in activating so I will request for replacement. Nothing happens after that I was trying to communicate but no response. In the month of Feb 2021 I contacted the customer care of IHMCL n told them the full story n they took the complaint n given the complaint no which I was following till last week n every time I was told it is under process n will be done soon. Last week when I contacted I was told that since Amazon is not our vender we can’t do any thing n may complain to amazon customer care. Please let me know what I should do now?
