Text of Complaint by Solmon:

  • Vodafone activated some DNLD _ NAZARA app or service on my phone and deducted INR 40 from my balance without my knowledge.
    When asked about the time of activation of these services, it was in midnight and surely the time I was not using my device . They are cheating the customers doing such tactics and such irresponsible behaviour by their customer care agents also.
