Airtel activated Gamex service with out my consent at night 3:00 am in the morning on october 11 2018 and charged Rs.80 for it from my main balance. When I realized my balance was cut it was october 14 2018 and when I contacted customer care they said they can’t refund the money after 72 hrs it seems. It took time for me to realize as I use UNLIMITED packs.
