Hope you are Doing Well!
I would like to inform you that , from my Pay TM wallet 750 rupees had been debited for the Paytm First. I do not required that services but they are not listening to me & saying they will not refund the Amount once the Services is activated . As I am Student , 750 rupees is a big amount for me. So it is my humble request to you please refund the amount to my wallet so that i can avail the Services in future prospective.
Respected Sir or Madam , I had forwarded several message to paytm care but they are not listening to my message but i want my money back what ever charges is there 20 ya 50 deduct and other or rest of amount please refund to my wallet.
Without Notification they activating postpaid services which i am using that and they are saying to me that you have pay the balance which was deducted for the services 191 rupees.
I am scared , as i had told you before,i am student please refund the amount ASAP.
