Text of Complaint by Gaurav Singh:

I purchased a new Activa 6G on 3rd May 2022 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my Activa. 2-time service has also been done but still Engine belt broken issue not resolved. JKM Honada, Ghaziabad fail to provide me with the proper solution. when I complained to Honda customer care, he suggested by mail “if you face this problem again we refund your bike or change the bike”.

I purchased a new Activa 6G on 15 agust 2022 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my Activa. 2-time service has also been done but still petrol filter issue not resolved. mahalkshmi honda kolhapur fail to provide me with the proper solution. when I complained to Honda customer care
