Greetings…….
I have been a loyal and bonafide Customer to Amazon and am along with being a shopper at Amazon have been active in recommending my known people to shop as it always remained a trustworthy Brand for me.But to my utter disappointment, this time I have suffered fraudulent activity by amazon & their associates

For your kind information, kindly find underwritten series of events:
1. I ordered Crompton High Flow wave wall fan on 3rd july 2021 through Amazon App ( Order Number: 408-2120175-3853919) for a total amount of ₹ 2136.90.
2. I received a defective product ( Not operational) on 07 July/2021and finding the same I immediately placed a request for return.Fortunately the replacement was approved & new consignment was shipped.
3. As a part of replacement I received the shipment on 12th july 2021. It was surprising to see that the consignment delivered was in a smaller box as compared to the shipment received earlier. I immediately made a call to the Customer care & notified them. They informed me to kindly accept the order & if there is any issue, then it has to be informed to them.
4. We accepted the order but requested the Delivery agent to wait until we opened the box, as we were suspicious ( due to the small box).
5. We are very much surprised to see that in the box there is no wall fan, its was only Bricks & Empty Boxes ( The same has been seen by your delivery boy & our office staff as Evidence ) – This activity of opening the box was recorded and photographs were also taken as we were already suspicious.
6. The delivery boy informed to its local office and even I complained the issue to Customer service Amazon & they assured me for the solution after investigation by 17th July
7. But I was in trauma while connecting the Customer service desk on 17 July/21, to hear that no replacement & return can be done & they disconnected the phone.
Seeking to the above written, it’s evident that such behaviour is an act of fraud & cheating by Amazon staff & authorities leading to mental and financial harassment to the Customer.
Such acts are beyond my endurance and expect a prompt action which can facilitate in getting my spent money for the consignment refunded or else I will be forced to take further action and seek justice from the appropriate legal forum/ government bodies/public forums to get the refund amount and compensation for the Cognitive act been administered to me leading to my mental harassment.
