The issue that I have experienced was: I have 2 connection for ACT as 4 people are working from home. We could achieve this by one connection .As faster network is the majour concern took 2 connections and paid 6 month advance. Frequent connection failure is happening .Recently on 06/06/2020 connection failed and raised complaint( SR10240876998428) till now (10/06/2020) no resolution and customer care people not aware what action had taken whether any technician is working or not and when this resolved, Whenever called they just asking to wait next 48 hours . With our reference four others also taken connection. Lot of loss for the people with that . There is no updation on the ticket and whenever called they says work in progress and they dont know any details. To make a follow up need to waste 30 to 45 minute to get connected and talk to them. Even one message update for ETA nothing is available.
