The issue that I have experienced was: I wanted to change the name on my current ACT Fibernet plan and wanted a monthly invoice on my name.I had contacted them several times regarding this.They suggested me to disconnect previous connection and get refund for the amount left in my account.And to get a new connection with my name and also get monthly bill generated. I have requested for new connection its been almost 10 days they didnt contact me till now. neither reg my disconnection or reg my new connection setup.
It occurred on: 14/08/2020
I wanted ACT to immediately set up a new connection for me.I want to specify that there shouldnt be any installation charges as I am already an ACT customer.I want the disconnection of previous account done once my new connection is setup. And i want them to settle out my previous connection due amount into my account asap. And i also want to specify the frequent disruptions am facing with the internet. I want that to be taken care
