Im Vijay residing in Kushal Layout,Bangalore and i have raised a ticket (Ticket Number: SR10240811640553) for connection relocation on 5-06-2020, its been a month i haven’t got the connection at the new location.
Every day im calling the customer care to get it resolved soon, its the same answer(it will be resolved in 24hours) im listening from every one and no action been taken by any one.
Since one month im using mobile hotspot for Working from home and its very difficult to get the required speed.
This is my last try/hope to get the connection at the earliest or else i will be saying goodbye to ACT, will not pay the June month Internet bill. I have learnt enough lessons while using ACT internet from past 2years.
