After fed up with Act services I went on disconnection. Later they assured me with uninterrupted services and in no time of 15 days 5 days of service interruption. A lot of headache without service and IVR takes 20 mins every time. Adjustment needs to be informed by call ; connection updates too need a call.
I want to go on a re- disconnection for a peaceful life.
