Text of Complaint by Prashanth Kumar:

This team had called and promised me to waive off shifting charges if I make 3 months payment and offer for re connection.

After making 3 months payment they called me and confirmed that your shifting charges has been waived off, but still they charged one month bill.

When I raised a request simply they sent email with waiver rejected without giving any reason or calling me. Now they are not responding to my EMails as well.

They should do whatever they had promised to consumer, Hope someone will take some serious action for making such false promises.

Once customer is activated then they behave like least bother.
